Ladders is seeking an AI Training Partnerships Manager to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive strategic business development across the AI sector, building partnerships and creating repeatable opportunities that support growth. You will own the sales process end to end while working closely with internal stakeholders to assess feasibility and refine the commercial approach as the business scales.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or partnerships within tech markets.
• Experience with AI companies or training organizations preferred.
• Proven success in selling services or solutions requiring collaboration.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with AI training concepts is a plus.

• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities in the AI sector.
• Partner with customers to address complex AI training challenges.
• Own the sales process from outreach to successful close.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Projects Lead to ensure project feasibility.
• Develop strategic partnerships that create repeatable opportunities.
• Refine the commercial operating model as the business scales.
• Incorporate market insights into the AI Training strategy.
