prolificacademic ltd is seeking individuals for a remote, contract role to train and evaluate modern AI models from home. After a brief skills check, you join a participant pool and select short, task-based assignments, most lasting up to one hour.

You will analyze, edit, and annotate model behavior, score AI performance, and provide human feedback to improve alignment. The role offers flexible scheduling and payment per task, with onboarding after assessment clearance.

Qualifications

• A track record of verifiable AI training work or equivalent professional experience.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on complex prompts for up to an hour at a stretch.
• Stable, high-speed internet and a personal computer suitable for the tasks.
• A PayPal account for receiving payments from research clients.
• Willingness to operate as a self-employed participant.

Responsibilities

• Work through AI training assignments such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations on model behavior.
• Score and judge how well AI systems perform on given tasks.
• Deliver human feedback that strengthens the alignment and accuracy of cutting-edge models.
• Complete a short verification test to enter the participant pool.
• Handle self-employment administration, including self-declaring task earnings.
