After a brief skills assessment, you join a pool to complete annotation work and structured evaluations, with compensation up to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an AI trainer or in related AI work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex problems.
• Reliable internet connection and a functioning computer.
• Self-employed contractor status and ability to declare earnings.
• Active PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations on supplied material.
• Assess and judge AI model performance against defined rubrics.
• Produce feedback to refine and improve AI systems.
• Complete a short 10–15 minute verification test to join the participant pool.
• Maintain focus on tasks that can run up to one hour in a single sitting.
