Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex tasks for sustained periods.
• A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.
• Comfort with self-employment, including self-declaring earnings.
• A PayPal account to receive task-based payments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, edit, and write annotations used as training data for machine learning systems.
• Evaluate the quality and behavior of AI model outputs and judge task performance.
• Provide structured feedback that helps improve cutting-edge AI models.
• Complete paid research tasks, some of which require up to one hour of uninterrupted focus, though many are shorter.
• Pass an initial 10-15 minute skills verification test before being admitted to the participant pool.
