Alignerr Corp. is seeking Software Engineers in a fully remote contract role to help shape AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve solutions, explain reasoning, and stress-test AI capabilities across languages.

This high-impact, independent work fits 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates are proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript with solid data structures and algorithms understanding.

Formación

• Proficient in at least one major language and comfortable with others.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design challenging prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
