Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code from Seattle. You will train AI systems to think like real developers, write solutions, and review AI outputs. This fully remote contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and high autonomy.

You’ll identify bugs, explain technical decisions clearly, and help AI coding assistants become safer and more reliable. Apply with your best code reasoning.

Formación

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages listed.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and systematic debugging approach.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
