Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Natural Resource Conservation Scientist to help train AI systems using environmental science and conservation decision-making.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to impact next-generation AI tools used in environmental contexts. You will review conservation questions, evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, and provide structured feedback to improve both reasoning and outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in natural resource conservation, land management, or environmental science.
• Strong foundational knowledge of ecosystems, conservation principles, and applied land management.
• Able to critically evaluate scientific reasoning and identify gaps or inaccuracies in applied recommendations.
• Comfortable reviewing structured written content and delivering detailed, constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review conservation science questions and real‑world scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate the scientific accuracy of AI-generated content covering land use, ecosystems, soil health, water systems, and biodiversity.
• Assess whether AI outputs reflect sound, real‑world conservation practices and principles.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI reasoning and scientific outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule, at your own pace.
