LT Selection is partnering with a growing independent training provider to hire an AI Trainer for the Level 4 Artificial Intelligence and Automation Practitioner apprenticeship. This remote role involves delivering high-quality, practical training and coaching to adult learners.

You will help learners apply AI and automation to real business problems, design learning activities, and collaborate with employers to ensure measurable improvements while maintaining safeguards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on AI and automation experience.
• Ability to make complex subjects clear for adult learners.
• Experience delivering technical training, coaching or workplace learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training for Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner apprenticeship.
• Teach learners to identify and implement AI/automation opportunities.
• Cover AI strategy, process analysis, governance and data security topics.
• Provide coaching, feedback and progress reviews.
• Support learners to gather workplace evidence and prepare for assessments.
