Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain AI-enabled applications and services.
• Implement AI and agent workflows using LangChain and Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Develop RAG capabilities, including data ingestion and integration with enterprise sources.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, enterprise apps, and business workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners and users to translate needs into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain components, APIs, and services using Python and best practices.
• Create automated tests to assess accuracy, grounding, safety, and performance.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance including CI/CD.
