Cognition is an applied AI lab building Devin and end-to-end software agents. We seek Deployed Engineers to lead all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment to activation, and to design compelling product demos and pilots.

In this remote role, you will partner with customers and engineering teams, own use-case identification, drive adoption, deliver training, and help shape the Devin roadmap while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in STEM field or equivalent technical background.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise deployments in GTM or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers at all levels.
• Natural relationship-builder with strong collaborative skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Aufgaben

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation.
• Work with customers to understand technical challenges and identify best Devin use cases.
• Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration.
• Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs to the rest of the team and roadmap.
• Design and deliver pilots and ongoing training programs to enable adoption at scale.
