Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an AI Application Engineer to bridge software engineering, pre-sales, and product design for its CSAS offering. You will lead technical pre-sales discussions, build AI proofs-of-concept, and deploy integrations across CRM, IVR, and databases in client environments.

Based in the United States with a flexible, home-based arrangement, you will drive field-driven product design, enable internal teams, and contribute to R&D by capturing customer requirements and translating them

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software/solutions engineering in a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, vector databases and GenAI orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales discussions and build AI proofs-of-concept.
• Deploy core AI solution integrations and provide sales enablement training.
• Lead on-site ingestion and deployment of containerized AI solutions in client environments.
• Define product roadmaps from field feedback and design structured solution models.
• Provide R&D feedback loops with reusable templates.
