Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Global Future Leader AI Solution Analyst to support enterprise customers across key markets. You will join the CSAS team and contribute to live demos, discovery workshops, and deployment of AI-enabled customer service platforms.

You will work across technical pre-sales, software engineering, and forward deployed engineering, with a strong emphasis on translating workflows into AI-driven architectures and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Solid hands-on programming in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Foundational knowledge of RESTful API design and data integration pipelines.
• Clear understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to operate across pre-sales, coding, and on-site/remote implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing technical discussions and deliver live demos.
• Discover customer workflows and map AI-driven transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with RD to refine CSAS platform features.
• Configure and customize CSAS solutions in on-site or remote deployments.
• Design, build, and validate PoCs in real customer environments.
• Define and track KPIs to quantify AI impact on performance.
• Capture field feedback to guide roadmap and improvements.
