Job summary

HTEC is seeking an experienced AI engineer to design and build AI applications across customer SDLCs and enterprise systems. You will ship production‑ready solutions that integrate with customer environments and scale with use cases, collaborating with customer teams to translate needs into technical results.

You will handle the full project lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and support, working with LangChain/LangSmith and other tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production-ready software across multiple programming languages.
• Experience with Large Language Models and deploying AI in production.
• Proficiency with coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.
• Strong problem-solving and self-learning mindset.
• Customer-facing communication skills.
• Startup mentality and collaborative culture.
• Willingness to collaborate and learn.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI applications and embed AI across the customer SDLC, or build enterprise AI systems.
• Deliver production-grade AI solutions across full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and discuss technical feasibility.
• Work with world-class engineering teams on challenging AI problems.
• Help shape engineering culture as the team scales.
