Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in client-facing sales engineering, strong technical background, and fluency in German and English. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing sales engineer/presales/solution-architect experience.
• Minimum 5 years participating in the sales cycle at a tech company.
• Technical background in sales engineering or web development.
• Strong ability to quickly learn new patterns and domains.
• Fluent German and English; able to conduct meetings and presentations in both languages.
• Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and Linux shell scripts.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Kore.ai’s value proposition and differentiation.
• Demonstrate platform features and pre-built solutions.
• Review architecture, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and data scientists to explain solutions.
• Lead use-case workshops with prospects.
• Prepare high-level ML effort estimates for engagements.
• Provide product roadmap input to management.
• Ensure smooth handoff to delivery and drive customer success.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical contacts at prospects.
• Work with Sales as a technical resource to pursue opportunities.
