Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer (remote, US-based) to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions for demand operations, prospecting, and bids. You will integrate with Salesforce and Databricks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes governance, end-user adoption, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities across commercial workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data/AI platforms.
2+ years of LLM application engineering, including prompt engineering and retrieval.
2+ years of Python development delivering user-facing apps.
Experience building against Salesforce as a primary commercial system.
Strong understanding of commercial operations and pipelines.

Responsibilities

Build and deliver AI-powered commercial solutions for demand operations, prospecting, proposals, and bid development.
Develop and enhance an assisted proposal and bid drafting capability with governed content.
Integrate AI apps with Salesforce and other commercial systems.
Create retrieval/knowledge solutions across contract and bid content.
Collaborate with DemandOps to improve intake, segmentation, and pipeline visibility.
Support prospecting through next-best-action recommendations and AI-driven content.
Refine products with end users and measure business impact.
Monitor performance and continuously improve AI capabilities.
