Job summary

CyberOne, a Microsoft security partner, seeks an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to identify, design and deliver AI and automation solutions that improve internal efficiency. You will work with stakeholders to understand operations, challenge current processes, and define future-state workflows that leverage AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience; working with modern AI/automation
• Hands-on experience building apps using AI platforms
• Experience building AI agents, tool-calling workflows, or deterministic automation
• Experience integrating apps with APIs, databases and external systems
• Ability to understand and analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand how teams operate and identify opportunities for AI/automation
• Design practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Prototype rapidly and iterate based on user feedback
• Build AI applications and automation workflows that integrate with existing systems
