Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in scripting, Python, and Java or R.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries and low-code/no-code tools.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Splunk.
• Knowledge of BPM/workflow optimization and RPA.
• Security collaboration with IT/CISO/CIO teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation systems.
• Integrate AI models with Splunk, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Power Tools.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities using Postal tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation; ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to define KPIs.
