Job summary

Applause is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive AI adoption across teams. You will build a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows, implement them by standing up tools and integrating with core systems, and train teams on usage.

Collaborate with CTO and Chief Architect to align with the AI vision and governance, while owning execution. You will design, ship, and iterate workflows, measure ROI, and scale capabilities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and HR/TA in a fully

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation, workflow automation, or related hands-on technical role.
• Ability to write/modify code for simple internal apps; production-grade not required.
• Experience building integrations or automations (Zapier, Make, APIs, low-code/no-code).
• Knowledge of modern AI tools and applying them to business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build a monthly AI workflow roadmap and deliver end-to-end implementations across departments.
• Configure tools, automate processes, and integrate AI into core systems.
• Train teams, monitor usage, and track ROI and cost impact.
