Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) seeks an AI Solution Engineer to lead agentic software delivery within the Solution Engineering department, building secure CI/CD pipelines and integrating agentic workflows with GitHub, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot in an Azure‑native environment.

You will drive standardization, evaluate new AI tools, and collaborate with squads to raise code check‑in rates while ensuring HIPAA/PHI privacy and MHA's responsible AI policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on agentic AI development experience.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Understanding of data privacy and HIPAA/PHI handling in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously refine the “agentic harness,” the integrated toolchain of GitHub, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and Claude, that full-stack engineers use for AI-assisted development.
• Design and document agent orchestration patterns enabling reliable delegation of tasks to AI agents.
• Partner with squads to increase agentic code check-in rates toward the year-end adoption target.
• Serve as internal SME on agentic coding practices, evaluating new tools for Azure-native fit.
• Design agentic workflows and tool integrations to ensure clean orchestration across squads.
