Simple Technology Solutions is seeking an AI Solutions Architect & Tech Lead to drive the technical delivery of AI applications for federal clients. You will establish projects on the STS SDLC, tailor processes, and guide a team of engineers, analysts, and testers to ship weekly releases with solid audit trails.

The role requires 8+ years of software experience, leadership of delivery teams, and proficiency in AWS-based AI tooling. Remote with travel to client sites; DC metro region preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading delivery teams.
• Experience as accountable architect for a cloud-hosted AWS application; security expertise preferred.
• AWS certification(s) preferred; Claude-related certifications must be earned within 12 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Lead the technical delivery of AI application projects for federal clients.
• Establish new projects on the STS SDLC for AI App Development.
• Design architectures for generative AI apps, incl. retrieval-augmented generation.
• Decide when to use OpenCORA, Bedrock, or Claude Code tools.
• Run agile delivery, manage backlog and prioritization.
