Job summary

UST is seeking a Software Solution Architect to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions with hands-on expertise in agent-based systems and LLM-enabled applications. The role focuses on cloud-native development, API integration, and building retrieval-based systems across enterprise architectures.

The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering, with strong Python backend skills and experience deploying AI in production.

Qualifications

• Must have Python backend development.
• Expertise in agent-based development.
• API development and system integration experience.
• LLM-enabled application development experience.
• Retrieval-based systems (RAG, vector DB, embeddings).
• AWS cloud-native development experience.
• CI/CD and environment management.
• Observability (logging, monitoring, tracing).
• Experience with Generative AI and NLP.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.
• Exposure to enterprise AI workflows and automation domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML pipelines and intelligent applications.
• Build and implement agent-based workflows and automation systems.
• Develop LLM-enabled applications including prompt engineering and structured outputs.
• Implement retrieval-based systems (RAG, vector search, embeddings).
• Develop and integrate APIs with backend systems.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure system reliability.
• Enable observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
