Evident is seeking an AI Engineer to transform business needs into practical AI solutions. You will own AI projects from request to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and external partners to upskill the organization in systematic AI adoption.

In this role, you will design and scale AI services using LLMs and RAG, ensuring rapid value delivery and seamless integration into finance, HR, sales, service, legal, and QA workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Anthropic Claude suite.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in industrial tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams.
• Design, build and scale AI services, including LLM/RAG solutions.
• Deliver working AI solutions and integrate into business processes.
• Guide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders at all levels.
• Help teams adopt AI and share best practices across the organization.
