A leading global law firm is looking for a AI Adoption and Strategy Manager to lead the adoption and integration of AI across the firm.
This is a strategic and hands on role focused on turning emerging AI technologies into practical solutions that improve productivity, processes and service delivery across legal and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's AI adoption strategy, identifying high value opportunities for generative AI, automation, AI agents and emerging technologies.
- Work with lawyers, business services and technology teams to identify business challenges and design AI enabled solutions and workflows.
- Lead AI pilots and implementations, taking successful concepts from proof of concept through to wider adoption.
- Drive process transformation by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing workflows.
- Develop and champion responsible AI practices, working with Information Security, Information Governance and Technology to ensure solutions meet the firm's requirements around data, confidentiality and risk.
- Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders across the firm, providing guidance on AI opportunities, technology and transformation.
- Lead and develop a team of AI, technology and subject matter experts.
- Deliver training, workshops and change programmes to build confidence and adoption of AI across the firm.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors, helping shape the firm's technology roadmap and investment decisions.
Key Experience
- Extensive experience across technology, digital transformation, AI, legal technology or professional services technology.
- Experience managing teams or leading complex technology transformation programmes.
- Proven experience delivering AI adoption, automation, workflow transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, automation, APIs, integrations and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating complex technology into practical business solutions.
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change across a complex organisation.
