Job summary

Echo Talent is seeking an AI Adoption and Strategy Manager for a leading global law firm. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to scale generative AI, automation and AI-enabled workflows across legal and business teams.

You will guide pilots, design scalable solutions, and drive responsible AI practices while collaborating with security, governance and technology partners to manage risk and data protection.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology, digital transformation, AI, or professional services technology.
• Experience managing teams or leading complex technology transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering AI adoption, automation, workflow transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's AI adoption strategy, identifying high value opportunities for generative AI, automation, AI agents and emerging technologies.
• Work with lawyers, business services and technology teams to identify business challenges and design AI enabled solutions and workflows.
• Lead AI pilots and implementations, taking successful concepts from proof of concept through to wider adoption.
• Drive process transformation by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing workflows.
• Develop and champion responsible AI practices, working with Information Security, Information Governance and Technology to ensure solutions meet the firm's requirements around data, confidentiality and risk.
• Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders across the firm, providing guidance on AI opportunities, technology and transformation.
• Lead and develop a team of AI, technology and subject matter experts.
• Deliver training, workshops and change programmes to build confidence and adoption of AI across the firm.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors, helping shape the firm's technology roadmap and investment decisions.

A leading global law firm is looking for a AI Adoption and Strategy Manager to lead the adoption and integration of AI across the firm.

This is a strategic and hands on role focused on turning emerging AI technologies into practical solutions that improve productivity, processes and service delivery across legal and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, automation, APIs, integrations and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating complex technology into practical business solutions.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change across a complex organisation.
