Job summary

Arize AI is seeking an AI Sales Engineer (Solutions Architect) to partner with Account Executives, articulate our value, and drive PoCs across complex GenAI deployments. You will demonstrate the Arize platform, address technical objections, and guide customers from requirements to close.

The role requires strong communication, Python/TypeScript coding, and knowledge of GenAI frameworks. Remote-first with NYC/SF offices as options; contains a monthly WFH stipend for other staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as sales engineer or solutions engineer.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to articulate Arize value and strategy to customers.
• Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform.
• Own PoC motions with prospective buyers and handle technical objections.
• Work with GenAI teams to understand customers' tech stacks and craft compelling value propositions.
