Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an AI Enablement & Transformation engineer to lead the technical lifecycle of AI initiatives across business units. The role drives intake review, feasibility, and delivery timelines while aligning with IT and Enterprise Systems.

You will also lead PAR's tokenomics efforts to maximize ROI from AI tooling and monthly spend, ensuring production readiness and security compliance across deployments.

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise AI tooling and integration.
Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and API integration concepts.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Strong project management and intake triage skills.

Responsibilities

AI Intake & Technical Advisory: review, triage and advise on scope and delivery.
IT & Enterprise Team Collaboration: liaise between AI Enablement and IT teams.
Build, Deploy & Maintain: design and govern AI workflows with Claude Enterprise, Copilot, Azure AI.
Internal Tooling & App Development: develop lightweight internal AI apps and document tooling.
Governance & Quality: ensure data handling and access controls, contribute to policy development.
Support leadership reporting: provide technical status and timelines.
