Job summary
PAR Technology's AI Enablement & Transformation team leads the technical lifecycle for AI initiatives across business units. The AI Solutions Architect guides intake, path choice, and delivery, while leading PAR's tokenomics and ROI from AI tooling investments.
The role requires translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences, coordinating with IT and Enterprise teams, and building governed AI workflows using Claude Enterprise, Copilot, Azure AI, and related tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise AI tooling and integration across business units.
- Ability to design prompts and instruction architectures for AI tooling.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and intake triage skills.
Responsibilities
- Review and triage AI workflow requests from PAR business units.
- Assess feasibility, complexity, risk, and delivery timelines.
- Advise stakeholders on scope, dependencies, and IT requirements.
- Develop governed AI workflows using PAR tooling and maintain tooling libraries.
- Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Systems to ensure production readiness.
- Govern data handling, access controls, and audit trails.
