The role emphasizes autonomous work, privacy-first data flows, and experience with healthcare data (PHI) while collaborating across remote teams in Mountain/Pacific time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-stack and integration engineering experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node and Python.
• Experience applying LLMs to real projects and building agent workflows.
• HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a client team as autonomous technical partner.
• Maintain a prioritized discovery backlog with stakeholders.
• Design and build on Microsoft Azure with integration layers and architecture.
• Produce ROI-focused mockups and executive-facing use cases.
• Deliver a technical roadmap and reference architecture for client teams.
