Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solution Architect for the Forward Deployed Architecture AI Capability Center. The role blends solution architecture with hands-on delivery to create production-ready AI solutions on Azure, aligning with enterprise security and governance requirements.

You will translate business priorities into technical requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, and drive measurable outcomes in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in solution or cloud architecture.
• 3 years of experience on Microsoft Azure.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• 2+ years designing or delivering AI/ML solutions, incl. production.
• Strong writing and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and frame the problem.
• Own solution design with comprehensive Azure architecture.
• Design for production with built-in security and governance.
• Translate business needs into engineering requirements.
• Set success measures with the Engagement Manager and engineers.
• Build critical components with IaC and data pipelines.
• Maintain design integrity for healthcare and higher-ed use cases.
