InductiveHealth is seeking an experienced leader to guide AI-assisted software development practices across engineering teams, delivering autonomous development and human review workflows to accelerate delivery.

You will establish standards, governance, and quality controls for AI-generated code, mentor engineers, and partner with product, architecture, and applied AI teams to scale modern engineering across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading software development initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD and release management.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Ability balance innovation, speed, quality, and risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation of AI-assisted software development practices across engineering teams.
• Deliver revenue-impacting software enhancements using autonomous development and human review workflow.
• Establish standards, governance, and quality controls for AI-generated code.
• Create and maintain engineering playbooks and operating procedures.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Applied AI teams to align priorities.
• Develop automated build, testing, and validation frameworks for rapid code verification.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, compliance, and testing requirements.
• Coach engineers on leveraging AI tools in the lifecycle.
• Develop training and enablement resources for AI-assisted development.
• Monitor adoption, measure effectiveness, and improve AI-enabled practices.
• Contribute to communities of practice across teams.
• Champion modern software engineering and automation.
• Grow into leadership as practices scale.
