Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Security within its Cyber practice to lead AI risk assessments, AI Security Posture Management, and governance design. You will guide secure AI architecture and embed security in AI pipelines while mentoring teams and delivering client-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience (AI/ML security 1–2 years) or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, model risk evaluations, and AI governance.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST CSF/ISO 27001/27002.
• Experience supporting client-facing cybersecurity or AI security engagements.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security and governance engagements across industries.
• Direct AI‑SPM implementations and design governance frameworks and controls.
• Collaborate with CISOs and AI program owners to translate findings into executive recommendations.
• Provide hands-on direction with security tooling, platforms, and pipelines within AI development.
• Manage engagement workstreams, mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants, and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.
