Job summary

Kudu Dynamics, a Leidos Owned Company, is seeking a Security Engineer to own the security posture of environments where we build, test, and deliver advanced AI-cyber capabilities. You will be embedded with software engineers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability researchers, hardening the infrastructure, supply chains and pipelines on while guiding their secure development.

The role focuses on threat modeling, continuous ATO, and tool security, with Python-based integrations and cloud-native

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on experience securing and hardening Linux systems.
• Expertise in at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networks, cryptography, and key management.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and containerization (Ansible/Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience administering or securing a CI/CD system (GitLab CI, Jenkins).

Responsibilities

• Own the security posture for AI-cyber environments and tooling.
• Embed with software engineers, reverse engineers, and researchers to harden infra, supply chains, and pipelines.
• Review build integrity, threat modeling, and supply-chain risk for our tooling.
• Guide secure development and evolution of vulnerability tooling with continuous ATO.
• Maintain tool security posture through Python integrations and modern automation.
• Support continuous vulnerability management and ATO activities.
