Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect – Enterprise Architecture for a remote role across the United States. You will lead security architecture for AI initiatives, align with IT strategy, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business leaders, shaping governance, patterns, and risk-aware decisions while enabling innovation in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or higher.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity/architecture experience including enterprise security leadership.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure and related security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, applications, and integrations.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing risk and business needs.
• Define security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
