Qualifications

• Bachelor's or BA/BS with equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture leadership.
• Translate technical security risks into clear leadership recommendations.
• Design AI security for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Secure on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure incl. GPU compute and data pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infra, engineering and business leaders.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing risk and business needs.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity, and integration.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including generative AI, for responsible adoption.
• Influence governance, exception management, and technology investments.
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security practices.
