Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI and cloud-native environments. You will translate cybersecurity strategy into reference architectures and guardrails while partnering with security, infrastructure and engineering leaders.

In this remote role, you will mentor teams, influence governance and technology investments, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enable safe adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture with enterprise security leadership.
• Ability to translate security risks into executive recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security in cloud-native/ML environments.
• Experience securing hybrid AI infrastructure with data, identity, and network controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, and integration environments.
• Embed security into technology strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical risk-based recommendations.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on architecture decisions and risk implications.
• Evaluate new tech and responsible adoption approaches for AI security.
• Influence governance, exception management and technology investments.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen security practices.
