Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI initiatives and cloud-native environments. This remote role partners with CTO office and multiple IT domains to translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable architectures.

You will design reference architectures, guardrails, and patterns, mentor teams, and present risk-informed recommendations to senior leaders to enable secure innovation in insurance technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, or a related tech discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise security architecture in complex environments.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native, AI infrastructure, or ML environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, identity, and applications.
• Partner with EA, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify security risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing risk and innovation.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen security practices.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
