Zusammenfassung

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture for AI across cloud-native, on-premises, and hybrid environments. This remote role supports the CTO office and collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and engineering teams.

You will translate complex security risks for senior leaders, design reusable guardrails, and mentor architects while guiding governance and risk decisions in a regulated insurance setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity/architecture experience, including leading enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to translate security risks into clear leadership-facing recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native or AI infrastructure.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure.
• Partner with EA, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide practical, business-aligned recommendations.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native and AI environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI for responsible adoption.
• Influence governance, exception management, and technology investments.
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security practices.
