Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Manager, AI Science & Solutions in Durham (Remote). Lead hands-on design and deployment of bespoke AI/ML solutions for life sciences clients, guiding use case discovery through production rollout.

You will mentor teams, communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders, and ensure delivery of tailored AI strategies aligned with client needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Life Sciences domain experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong client project management experience in life sciences R&D.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PoCs showcasing value of Generative AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and client engagements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML advancements and apply them.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
