Prudentia Sciences is hiring a hands-on ML/AI Engineer to build production-grade LLM-based systems, knowledge graphs, and ML pipelines. You will work across teams to deploy intelligent solutions that support decision-making in life sciences investments.

You will design robust data workflows, collaborate with product and domain teams, and stay ahead on GenAI capabilities while contributing to healthcare tech innovations in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• ML/NLP model building and deployment experience.
• Experience with LLMs & LangChain.
• Strong Python development skills (Git, CI/CD).
• ETL and data platforms such as Snowflake/Databricks.
• Familiarity with Spark and big data workflows.
• Cloud ML deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience with Airflow for orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable, production-grade LLM systems.
• Build End-to-end AI pipelines and services.
• Collaborate with product, data, and domain teams to iterate quickly.
• Implement and monitor MLOps for reliability and observability.
• Maintain data workflows and ensure data quality for ML workloads.
• Stay current with GenAI and healthcare tech trends.
