Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Manager, AI Science & Solutions to lead bespoke Generative AI engagements for life sciences clients. You will design PoCs, guide cross-functional teams, and translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Work involves direct client contact, production deployment of AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, and mentorship of junior team members in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in CS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience managing complex client projects in Life Sciences R&D.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, foundation models, and agentic AI.
• Experience with Python and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Experience deploying ML models on Azure or AWS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PoCs demonstrating value of Generative AI solutions.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and apply to business challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Present AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders in client-facing engagements.
• Apply consulting principles to tailor AI solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address business challenges using Generative AI.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders on assigned engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to build, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions in production environments.
