Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Manager, AI Engineering to lead hands-on delivery of GenAI solutions for biopharma and life sciences clients. You will embed with client teams, rapidly design prototypes, and own end-to-end delivery from concept to production.

You will mentor 1–3 AI engineers, balance client work with product sprints, and push explicit patterns and reusable components back into the product. A strong software background and Life Sciences familiarity are expected.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python; fluency with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI systems: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic architectures.
• Real comfort operating in client-facing environments and presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Biotech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients at top biopharma and life sciences organizations to surface unmet needs and translate them into engineered solutions.
• Prototype at speed: stand up GenAI-powered applications, Copilots, RAG pipelines, and data integrations quickly.
• Own delivery end-to-end from first whiteboard to production-ready code, with demos and handoffs.
• Flex between client engagements and product sprints as priorities shift.
• Document patterns and share playbooks to improve the product and reusable components.
