Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Wholesale and Technical Sales Reviewer to join our distributed team. This contract role requires 4+ years selling technical or scientific products, plus experience leading B2B sales and managing pipelines.

You will evaluate AI-generated sales content, develop evaluation rubrics, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy across datasets. Remote work is supported and English proficiency plus spreadsheet skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years selling technical or scientific products with self-sizing, spec, and quoting.
• 4+ years managing a B2B or distribution sales team, its quota, and pipeline.
• 3+ years in order entry and management for a distributor or manufacturer.
• Near-native business English proficiency.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or PDFs for reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in wholesale and technical sales to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
• Review complex sales tasks for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated sales tasks and solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
