Job summary

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading AI technology company to hire AI Safety & Safeguards Enforcement Specialists with expertise in CBRNE disciplines. The role is fully remote for the U.S.

market and runs on a 6-month W2 contract with a pay rate of $110-$120 per hour, depending on experience. You will review AI-generated content and user interactions to identify policy violations, apply safeguards enforcement policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following disciplines: Biological, Chemical, Explosives, or Radiological/Nuclear.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess complex technical information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content, user interactions, customer signals, and code to identify potential policy violations and safety risks.
• Apply established safeguards enforcement policies and procedures to assess sensitive or high-risk content.
• Leverage CBRNE subject matter expertise to identify technical risks, potential misuse scenarios, and emerging threat patterns.
• Collaborate with Safety Strategy Analysts, Policy Managers, and Threat Intelligence Investigators to identify enforcement trends, policy gaps, and opportunities to improve safety classifiers.
• Document findings, support enforcement decisions, and prepare weekly operational reports.
• Review customer communications and appeals related to policy enforcement.
• Support content labeling, escalations, and cross-functional requests as needed.
