Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly qualified AI Safety Review contractor to work remotely on CBRN safety content evaluation and writing. You will assess AI outputs for accuracy, safety framing, and policy alignment, providing precise feedback and escalating high-risk content as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CBRN safety, emergency preparedness or related fields.
• Proven ability to evaluate technical content for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Professional English proficiency at C1 minimum to produce detailed written feedback.
• Must be a citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, hazardous material, emergency preparedness and public safety topics.
• Flag outputs with dangerous procedural detail or misuse enabling content.
• Create gold standard reference content answering benign CBRN questions responsibly.
• Evaluate and rank model outputs on safety, risk framing, accuracy and clarity.
• Detect hallucinations, incorrect hazard classifications and unsafe recommendations.
• Provide clear written feedback explaining safety judgments.
• Ensure CBRN content uses precise terminology and communicates risk accurately.
• Escalate ambiguous or high-risk content for further review.
