HireArt, Inc. is seeking a Biosecurity & CBRNE Subject Matter Expert to safely test next-generation AI systems from a remote, US-based environment.

The role focuses on red-teaming AI models for CBRNE safety, developing adversarial prompts, and evaluating outputs for accuracy and actionable risk reduction. Candidates should bring deep domain expertise and strong analytical judgment.

Formación

• Graduate degree with hands-on lab or field experience in a CBRNE discipline or equivalent operational experience.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Familiarity with prompting or interacting with large language models (LLMs).

Responsabilidades

• Develop adversarial prompts to test AI model safeguards and identify safety vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate AI outputs for scientific accuracy, specificity, actionability, and meaningful uplift over public sources.
• Assess complex technical information related to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive hazards.
• Document findings with clear rationales to support improvements by AI developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AI safety, research, security, and policy.
