Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a part-time CBRN AI Safety Review Specialist to assess AI-generated content for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear safety. You will ensure technical accuracy, provide clear reasoning, and align outputs with safety and policy expectations.

The role is entry level in title but requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years in the field. This is a remote, part-time contractor position offering flexible scheduling and the chance to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (chemistry, biology, public health, etc.).
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in CBRN safety or related areas.
• Experience with AI safety, policy review, or rubric-based evaluation preferred.
• Strong written reasoning and ability to identify unsafe or misleading guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review and rank AI-generated responses with clear explanations.
• Create safe reference examples and apply rubrics.
• Escalate high-risk cases for further review.
• Identify unsafe or misuse-enabling content.
• Ensure policy alignment in safety communications.
