Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong. This is remote and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, conversational way with AI voices.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural/clear they sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text/audio mismatches.
• Rate each output across dimensions and write a concise English explanation of what you saw or heard.
