Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, entirely remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and learn through Outlier’s evaluation feedback loop, contributing to frontier research impacts. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with flexible hours, free access to leading LLMs, and additional incentives via Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Ability to explain observations in concise, evidence-based terms.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
