Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will review and provide feedback that informs frontier research and real-world AI performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted artifacts or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
