Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour as a freelancer, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. Remote work offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to real-world AI improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, and text/audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English.
