Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with an AI voice model and explain what’s off, then compare image and video pairs to judge which follows prompts more closely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based English conversation with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted artifacts or mismatches in audio/video.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing concise explanations in English.
